The Half Black Angelfish is a striking marine species, easily recognized by its bold black-and-white coloration that creates a dramatic contrast in the aquarium. Moderately territorial, it can show aggression toward other angelfish or similar-shaped tankmates, so a spacious tank with plenty of hiding spots is recommended. Peaceful toward other species, it thrives in well-established aquariums with open swimming areas. They are Omnivorous, feeding on a mix of marine algae, spirulina, mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, and high-quality angelfish pellets to maintain health and vibrant coloration.
